Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore
Psalm 16:11, KJV
Where two or three gathered in my name, I am among them.
What is the presence of God?
Where God is present?
How can God be present?
When we remember Him, we talk about Him, we think about Him. We talk with Him. We commune with Him. We read His Book, His Word. How can we live in His presence? We must live a holy life by His grace, not by our own efforts which most of the times fail.
We need to be humble. We must be honest with God and with people. We must be separated from sin. We must live in the fellowship of saints. We must pour our heart out in prayer before our heavenly Father. These ingredients develop the presence of God. Then we live in His holy presence.
In Your presence is fullness of joy. When we are in His presence then we have the fullness of joy, a perfect joy. It is a joy that nobody can steal from us; a joy which lacks nothing. We are enveloped in his joy.
His joy covers us, engulfs us, and surrounds us. In the presence of God there is peace so sadness cannot enter into His presence. When we live in His presence we are glad and joyful.
King David says, “I cannot run from Your presence. In Your presence I get everything which I need.”
In God’s presence there is fullness of joy, a perfect joy. It is immeasurable joy, a fathomless joy, a joy beyond human comprehension. Let us experience and celebrate the fullness of his perfect joy.
Blessings.
