In Africa when there is a fire in the jungle it burns everything which comes in its way. In that nation there are many huts made of hay and straw. These cannot face the fire.
So some old wise men decided to burn some of the grassy area that surrounded their huts. In that way, when the fire approached their huts it was quenched because the grass had already burnt. After that the fire could not move forward.
The Africans’ straw huts were protected from the jungle fire.
But the sacrifice of Jesus, the blood of Jesus, quenches the wrath of God.
